This meditation is a short loving-kindness practice to decrease stress, depression, loneliness, and anxiety while strengthening your immune system. Listen to the words being spoken and change how you see yourself and the world by changing how you respond to it. From this link, you could download the Loving Kindness app to practice whenever you need some "calm in the chaos".
